Phil Jarrell

Mr. Ronald Philip "Phil" Jarrell, age 66, of Waco, GA, passed away February 20, 2026. He was born September 8, 1959 in Rome, GA to the late John Edward Jarrell and Helen Imogene Phillips Jarrell. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister and brother in law, JoAnn and Donnie Thompson; brother in law, Raymond Anderson; and brother, Mickey Jarrell.

Phil is survived by his children and their spouses, Brandy Martin, Ashley Holcombe, and Shane and Jalynn Jarrell; sister, Juanita Anderson, of Tallapoosa, GA; brother and sister in law, Andy and Donna Jarrell; and his girlfriend, Belle Kelly.

Aquamation services will be provided by Miller Funeral Home and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
