Phyllis Record Obituary
She was born Tuesday, April 8, 1958 to the late Richard and Anntoinette (Bologna) Lang in Indianapolis.
Phyllis was a 1976 graduate of Emmerich Manuel High School in Indianapolis. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. Phyllis was a member of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church.
She is survived by her children, Nicole Marie Kaufman of Martinsville, Jaclyn Louise Cleary and husband Clifford of Poland, Jacob Kaufman and wife Leah of Martinsville, Alfred Kaufman and wife Jacquelyn of Martinsville; brothers, Rick Lang of Indianapolis, Ronnie Chandler of Florida; sister, Mary K. McCoy of Reelsville; grandchildren, Evelyn, Ruth, Deborah, Abraham, Olivia, Israel, Luke, Levi, Ryanne, Hope, Joseph, Taylor and husband Jonathan, Robbie, Brooklyn; great grandchildren, Liam and Kora.
Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 27, 2024 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 1709 East Harrison Street, Martinsville with Father Steve Giannini officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to Mass beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Entombment will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday at Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery.
