It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Prafulbhai Narandas Patel, age 79 of Calhoun, GA, son of the late Narandas and Manguben Patel. He departed this life on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, surrounded by family. Mr. Patel was born on June 5, 1946.
in addition to his parents, Mr. Patel was preceded in death by his sisters: Kakuben, whose children are Manju (Dinesh), Lila, and Sailesh (Kayuri) Sardaben, whose daughter is Chandrika Patel (Yogesh).
Prafulbhai is survived by his beloved wife, Kanta Patel, and their children: Nilam Patel, Sunil Patel and his wife Vaishali Patel, and Rakesh Patel and his wife Ami Patel. He was a devoted grandfather to Dev, Yash, Shetu, and Urja Patel and siblings: Natavar Patel and his wife Sarda Patel, with their children Shruti (Manish), Swati, and Niraj (Priya) Vinod Patel and his wife Hansa Patel, with their children Biral (Ankit) and Dipesh (Bijal) • Dinesh Patel and his wife Bhagwati Patel, with their children Suja (Neal) and Jatan and Champa Patel and her husband Mahendra Patel, with their son Nirav Patel (Ruchi).
Ceremonial Services to honor and celebrate the life of Mr. Patel will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Salmon Funeral Home.
Prafulbhai will be remembered for his warmth, wisdom, and unwavering devotion to his family. His legacy of love and strength will continue to live on through the many lives he touched.
