Randel Thomas Parrigin

Mr. Randel Thomas Parrigin, age 72, of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, January 13, 2025. Mr. Parrigin was born in Pulaski County, KY on December 20, 1952 to the late Cletis Parrigin and Lula Jones Parrigin. He was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church and a welding instructor with Jefferson County Public Schools. In his free time, he loved to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycles, attend church and read his Bible. He loved to reminisce about old times with family and friends, he loved his children and grandchildren with all of his heart and spending time with his loving wife was his favorite life adventure.
In addition to his parents, his beloved grandsons, Matthew Rushing and Sean Byler preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 53 years, Judy C. Parrigin; daughters, Tammy Branham (Jeffery) and Kimberly Parrigin; grandchildren, Peyton Jolley, Emma Holt, Marlee Froman and Tyler Branham (Keyla); great-grandchildren, Greyson and Oaklynn; brother, Wayne Lee Parrigin and a host of other dear family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 1:30 on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of service at 1:30 pm at the funeral home.
