Timothy "Tim" Parrigin, 72, of Columbia, KY passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY. He was born in Metcalfe County, KY on December 22, 1952, to the late William and Mayme Marie Rhinehart Parrigin. He was also preceded in death by two brothers Eli and David Parrigin.
Mr. Parrigin was a 1970 graduate of Adair County High School and later graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Horticulture. He enjoyed spending time at "The Shop" hanging out with friends and fixing about anything. He also enjoyed fishing, reading, mountain climbing and traveling the world. Tim was known as a keen conversationalist with a wonderful sense of humor and wit.
Survivors include his wife Linda Annese Parrigin of Columbia, KY; a nephew and niece William Parrigin of Greensburg, KY and Amanda Lee of Campbellsville, KY; two dear cousins Betty and Sue; his brothers and sisters-in-law Maryanne Perry (Walter), Robert Annese (Sharon), Suzan Allen (George), Richard Annese (Liz), and Stephen Annese all of Boston, MA; several other nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
Graveside services will be 1:00pm Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Haven Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
