Regina was born in Baltimore, Maryland and attended Maryland Institute of Art. After raising her family, she attended York Technical Institute for drafting. She was an avid woodcarver, and president of Yorkarvers for several years. She was studying to be licensed in ham radio operation.
Preceded in death by her brother Robert Mach, and her eldest daughter, Laura Amspacher. She leaves behind, her five children, Liza Lauer and husband Ira III, Linda Lavallee, Edward Chodnicki, Louisa C. Malesker and husband Steve, Lydia Chodnicki and fiancé Cory; her grandchildren, Alex, Steven, Immri, Ian, Marcus, Arilyn, Ira IV, Olivia, Kate, Lance, Dan, Henry, Sam, and Helen; and her great-grandchildren Ethan, Wesley, Paisley, Isaac, Addison, Loralei, Layla, Lilith, and Landon. She was preceded in death by her cockatiel, Bunny.
A visitation in celebration of Regina's life will be held on Tuesday, from 2:00-4:00PM, at Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 3670 E. Market St. York PA 17402.
In honor of Regina's love for flowers and gardening, if you wish to send flowers, the family requests potted flowers or dish gardens.

So sorry to hear of Regina's passing. I was in charge of the Meals on Wheels program at the Susquehanna Senior Center when Regina was one of our meals on wheels consumers. She was always so pleasant, a little hard of hearing but was truly a joy. I am sure she will be greatly missed, my prayers go out to the family.

Very sorry to hear of Regina's passing. I'll always remember the kindness she showed me at family events. No matter what was going on in her life she always greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing.
