Richard Glenn Guillory, 54, passed away Friday October 4, 2024. He was born July 15, 1970, to Delores Peloquin and Richard Glenn Guillory.
Richard was passionate about hunting, spending all year preparing for the season. He thrived in the great outdoors, embracing every moment in nature. Known for his warmth, he never met a stranger and welcomed everyone with open arms. His heart especially belonged to children—first his own, then his nephews and nieces, and most recently, his cherished grandbabies.
Those left to cherish his memory are wife of eight years Kami Lynn Sonnier Guillory; children, Olivia Mitchell, Tyler Gage Douglas (Lanie), Kady Elizabeth Duhon (Alex), Lexie Juliette Miller (John); nephew, Blake Elliott (Courtney); grandchild and his best friend, Ruby Sue-Ann Duhon; grandchildren, Zayden Mitchell, Alexander Van Duhon, Riggs Joseph Douglas; nephew, Kolten Elliott; niece, Randi Jane Elliott, Willow Ann Elliott; and his mother Delores Peloquin Guillory.
Those that procced him in heaven are Father Richard Glenn Guillory and sister Tina Ann Guillory.
Gathering of Friends and Family will be held at Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff (2171 US-171, Lake Charles, LA 70611) on Sunday October 5, 2024 from 10:00am till 1:00pm concluding with shared memories of Mr. Richard. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
