Robert Jerry Bennett Jr., “AKA JJ,” age 47, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi passed away on Thursday, November 28th, 2024.
Mr. Bennett was a lifelong resident of Ocean Springs, Mississippi. He was a loving father, grandfather, husband, son, brother, and uncle to many, and will be missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Bernice Eley Brown and Florence Bennett, and his grandfather’s Emery J. Farve and Robert Odell Bennett. Survivors include his loving wife, Lindsey Porter Bennett; parents, Linda Farve Bennett and Jerry Bennett Sr.; siblings, Kevin Bennett and Haley Bennett Wright (Jason Wright); his seven children, Chloe, Emery, Ellie, and Kody Bennett, Gabe and Gavin Knight, Payton Porter; and one grandchild, Graceleigh Porter.
Services will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024, located at Porter Ave, Ocean Springs, MS. Friends may visit 4pm-6pm, service will start at 6pm. Family will meet after the service.
