There are no set services scheduled at this time for Robert David Bowman, 73, of Walnut Springs, Texas, however there will be a service at a later date. Please check back for service updates. The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Poetry Society of Texas in Rusk County.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elton and Roberta Bowman.
Robert is survived by Zorky, his beloved canine companion; his wife of 30 years, Geniva Redmon-Bowman; his sons, John Bowman, and his wife, Beth; his daughters, Jaimielee Redmon and Zelma Redmon; his grandchildren, Zachary Bowman, Amber Bowman, Braylon Redmon, Levi Redmon, and Zellabee Charles; his brothers, Westley Bowman and Paul Bowman and his wife Debbie; his brother-in-law, James Redmon; his nephews, Derek Bowman and his wife, Tracey; his nieces, Kezia Mathis and her husband, Jeremy, Sabrina Rice and her husband, Jay, and seven great-nieces and nephews.
Robert David Bowman's warmth and kindness will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
