Robert Eugene Cade, 46, of West Columbia, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023. Robert worked in logistics and had a great career in the trucking industry with hauling and setting up museum artifacts for the US Military. One of his favorite things was tending to the farm and all the different animals he had. Aside from tending to his farm, he also enjoyed spending his free time traveling exploring the world and spending time with his close family, especially his daughter, Jade Nicole, in his last year of life. Robert was truly one of the smartest, most caring, sweet, and selfless men we ever got the chance to love and have a part of our lives. He will be missed dearly. Robert really was one of a kind and impacted so many different lives in so many ways.
He is survived by his daughters, Jade Nicole Cade Owens (Austin), and Makaila Lynn Cade; as well as his sister, Pati Cade Rucker and sister-in-law, Lynne Cade. He was preceded in death by his father, William Robert Cade Sr., and his brother, William Robert Cade, Jr.
A memorial service for Mr. Robert will be held Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Flourish Church, 1420 Charleston Highway, West Columbia, SC 29169.
