Robert Joe Guyton age 85 of Sulligent, AL passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2025 in the Marion Regional Nursing Home in Hamilton, AL.
Born May 23, 1939 in Lamar County, AL, he is the son of the late Raymond and Pauline Hankins Guyton and the husband of the late Ruth Lou Nell Duncan Guyton. He had lived in the Crews Community all of his life and was a member of the Union Chapel Baptist Church. He retired from Hyster and returned to work for them as a Security Guard.
He is survived by a daughter, Larissa Oliver, a Son, Shelone Guyton, 4 Grandchildren, Riley Oliver, Laken Oliver, Kaemon Guyton, and Kobe Guyton, a Great Grandchild, Kalahni Madisyn Guyton, a sister, Margaret Tucker, and a special friend, DeWitt Guyton.
Services held Friday, April 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM from the Veal Memorial Funeral Home Chapel - Sulligent with burial in the Crews Cemetery. Bro. B.J. Mills officiating.
