Robert Louis “Bob” Subock, Jr., age 68, of Owings Mills, formerly of Randallstown, MD died Saturday, July 5, 2025, at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson.
He was born in Baltimore, the son of the late Robert Subock Sr. and the late Faith A. Subock (nee Watts).
He was a 1975 graduate of Randallstown High School, and he received his AA degree from Anne Arundel Community College in 1987, and an Eagle Scout from Troop 970 at Holy Family. He retired in 2014 after 35 years of proud service from the National Security Agency. He was an avid duckpin bowler, bowling 3 nights a week for most of his adult life, as well as many weekend tournaments on the east coast. He also enjoyed playing golf with his friends on weekends and many yearly trips. He considered those he bowled with and golfed with to be family. He loved wildlife and was often found in his backyard feeding deer, birds, and squirrels. He relaxed sitting on the patio watching them.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen Z. Subock (nee Zipper), his sister, Kathleen M. Subock of Mt. Airy, and niece Casey of Austin, TX. He was predeceased by his brother, John T. Subock.
