Roger conducted by initial BI, it was because of him that I enjoyed a 22 1/2 year career with the USSS. As I am from Toledo, I´d often work with it at events. He was a very kind and generous person. I appreciated his mentorship.

Roger was always a pleasure to work with, a true professional and a pleasure to work alongside. He was once on a jump team sent to my site in Germany, he saved the day at a main checkpoint by translating information with the local police. I asked him if he was specifically sent for his language abilities, he said no, they didn´t ask! May God bless him and his family and friends.

Roger and I attended both Treasury School & Secret Service School together and established a long term friendship over the next twenty five years! Roger was a class act as well as excellent investigator! For the record, Roger finished at the top of our Treasury School class of 80 in the fall of 1969!
He was a true friend, and certainly will be missed
