Ronald Clukey Obituary
Ron was a very talented musician, specializing in the organ, he spent many years playing music at the Van Buren cocktail lounge, where he met his eventual wife, Frances Hutchinson, as well as playing at many weddings, church services and special events. He worked at the Presque Isle music store, and he and Fran ran a pizza place in Mars Hill following his time at the lounge. Ron also enjoyed dancing, and he and Fran held and taught ballroom dancing for many years before Fran's health declined. Ron was a very family-oriented man, spending time with his wife and children was where he found the most enjoyment.
Ron is survived by his sister Patricia Stevens and her husband Donald of Dexter, his stepson Richard Hallett and his wife Caroline of Mars Hill, his grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by his parents, his wife Frances Hutchinson Clukey, his stepdaughter Jeanie Hall, his brother Norman, two sisters, Lorainne and Nancy, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
