Publish in a newspaper

Rose "RoRo" Galliano, a cherished soul known for her loving heart and thoughtful nature, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025, at Pomeroy Living in Rochester Hills, MI, at the grand age of 96. Born on July 23, 1929, in Detroit, Rose's life was a tapestry of interesting experiences and enduring relationships that touched many throughout her remarkable journey.
A proud graduate of her local high school, Rose went on to dedicate over forty years of service as an Office Administrator to TransAmerica, where her diligence and warm demeanor became a staple in the office. Her hard work & dedication eventually enabled her to retire & draw a pension as a dedicated & loyal employee. She was a devout Christian who lived her faith through her actions, embodying the grace and compassion taught in her beliefs.
Rose's love for gardening was evident in the vibrant blooms that adorned her home each season, a testament to her nurturing spirit. Her yard was manicured & immaculately kept!! Rose's enthusiasm for horse racing and the thrill of playing the lottery were sources of great joy and excitement in her life. Above all, RoRo had a passion for Christmas and spent years collecting & gifting Christopher Radko ornaments to her grandchildren as a life-long remembrance of her spirit!
Above all, Rose was the matriarch of a loving family, including her devoted daughter Diane, son-in-law Brian, her adored grandchildren Tyler (Jessica) and Haley (Adam), and her treasured great-grandchildren Oliver, Henry, George, and Avery. She was a beloved sister to Jennie (98) and the late Dorothy and Carmela. Her family was her pride and joy, and she instilled in them the values of love, kindness, and the importance of family bonds.
As Rose's memory began to fade with the progression of dementia, her family and friends ensured that the love she had always extended was reflected back to her, providing comfort and care in her final days.
In the words of Helen Keller, "What we have once enjoyed deeply we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us." Rose's influence and the memories she created will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Rose Galliano's life was a beautiful portrait of what it means to be loving, thoughtful, and interesting. Her legacy will continue to inspire and guide her family for generations to come. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on through the love she shared and the lives she touched.
There will be a memorial gathering for Rose on Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 10:30 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Directors, 705 W 11 Mile Road (4 blocks east of Woodward), Royal Oak.
