Roy "Bud" Heidlebaugh, age 50, passed away at home on June 10, 2022. He is survived by his companion Karen Snyder.
Bud was born in Indiana on July 13, 1971 and was the son of the late Kurmit Saylor and Christine Heidlebaugh. He loved sprint car racing, NASCAR and animals, most especially his dogs Molly and Shelby, birds Fred and Ethel. He was happiest spending time with his family and friends.
Bud is survived by his children Tyler Heidlebaugh, Dakota Grim, Andrew Keener; grandchildren April, Bentley, Blair, Bristol; brothers Junior and Sonny Wilson, Randy and Rod Saylor; sisters Teresa Tyson, Tina Herrin, Candy Casten and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his fiancé Connie Daugherty, son Austin Heidlebaugh and brother Brad Saylor.
A memorial service in celebration of Bud's life will be held on Friday at 11:00AM at Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 3670 E Market St. York PA 17402. A gathering will be held from 10:00-11:00AM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bud's memory can be made to the York County SPCA, 3159 N. Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406.
