Layden had a deep love for the outdoors, whether it was spending time in the woods, relaxing on the beach, or deer hunting. He dedicated 30 years of his career to Magic Springs, where he played a key role in organizing and scheduling events. He also enjoyed selling fireworks, bringing joy to many during festive seasons.
Layden was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Melissa Irwin, and his sister, Donna Hill (Randy).
A celebration of Samuel's life will be held at his home located at 194 Eleven Oaks Trail in Hot Springs on March 15th from 2-4 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of your choice or to the family to assist with expenses during this difficult time.
