Samuel Keding

Samuel Mark Keding, 41 of Pearcy, Arkansas crossed the river to meet his Maker after 9 months battle with stage 4 esophageal cancer on April 9, 2024. He was born Mar 6, 1983 in Salem Arkansas to Frederick Carl Keding & Linda Sharon (Martin) Keding
Samuel was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmer and Golden Martin and Albert Carl & Irene Keding.
He is survived by his loving wife Barbara F (Lapp) Keding and 6 children, Lilyanne Sharon 15, Nathanael Peter 14, John Gideon 11, Rose Serenity 10, Acacia Rachel 7, Frederick Amos 2. His parents and 3 brothers, John, Albert and David Paul Keding as well as numerous cousins, nephews and nieces whom he all loved.
Samuel loved with his whole heart and would tell everyone often, "I love you". Had the utmost respect for his parents and cared for them deeply.
Loved to fellowship around the Word of God with anyone, especially his brothers.
Samuel also loved to laugh and joke and never did take anything too seriously (except the Word of God). Just being around him made the atmosphere lighter, no matter what.
He was fascinated with ancient history and the process of making pottery. He was also an expert in Math and in figuring out technology and devices. He enjoyed playing piano and competing in chess and games, esp with his children.
He worked as a CNA for 2 years prior to his sickness and went above and beyond his duties to the point where the RNs would ask him to help them.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the nurses for their kindness at National Park hospital that he worked with and all the staff and nurses who cared for him in NP, from Elite Home Health and Gentiva Hospice and also to all of our family and friends who helped out in many ways during his sickness.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, April 12th at Caruth-Hale Life Celebration Center (2529 Airport Road).
A celebration of Samuel's life will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Wildwood Tabernacle (623 Owl Creek Rd).
Pallbearers include his nephews Easton Keding, Spencer Keding, Kelby Hawes, Benuel Lapp, Josiah Lapp and Matthew Riehl.
Honorary pallbearers are Grant Keding and Aquilla Riehl.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wildwood Tabernacle.
