Sarah Michelle Dugger

Dugger – Sarah Michelle "Little Bit" Dugger, age 30, of Glen St. Mary, Florida passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at Community Hospice St. Vincent's Riverside Center for Caring with her loving family by her side. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on February 22, 1993, to Donnie Ray Dugger and Sherry Wertman Dugger. She was a lifelong resident of Baker County. After graduating from Baker County High School in 2011, Sarah worked for a short season as a Manager at Pizza Hut until starting her career at Baker Correctional Institution. Sarah served four years as a Correctional Officer then started a new adventure at Autozone as a Manager. She had an amazing personality, was fun-loving and stubborn at times. Sarah loved being a mother to her twin daughters who were her life, and her pride and joy. More than anything, Sarah loved her family dearly and enjoyed making memories with them. She was a true treasure who will be deeply missed. Sarah was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, James and Evelyn Dugger and her maternal grandparents, Sarah Holland and Donald Wertman.
Sarah is survived by her loving parents, Donnie and Sherry Dugger of Glen St. Mary, FL; twin daughters, Sydney and Whitlee O'Neill; brothers, David (Cindy) Wertman and Travis (Dona) Richardson both of Glen St. Mary, FL; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A Celebration of Sarah's Life will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at 11:00 am at V. Todd Ferreira Funeral Services Chapel with Brother Dale Hodges, Sr. officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the care and direction of V.
