Sharon was born on November 25, 1947 in Colorado City, TX to Juanita (Claxton) and Thurman M. Wagnon. She graduated from Odessa High School in 1965. Sharon married the love of her life, Raymond Lamarr Daugherty on December 22, 1979; they resided in Byron, OK where they reared their family.
During her career, Sharon worked as a warranty clerk at numerous auto dealerships in Oklahoma and Texas, and as a cashier. Most of her life she was a member of the Nazarene Church and in recent years a member at the Central Baptist Church in Mansfield, TX. She and her husband were also members of the Christian Motorcycle Association. They were part of a group that rode across the United States preaching God's word.
Sharon and her family loved camping and fishing and typically spent the weekends on an area lake. To her there was nothing better than "out fishing" With one of the children or Lamarr.
Most of all Sharon loved the Lord and would witness to any and all that would listen. She loved little children and made sure they all knew that Jesus loved them. Sharon was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, sister in-law, niece,m aunt and friend.
Sharon is now in Heaven with our Great Lord and Savior, Lamarr and the other family members living the life we are waiting for, so don't cry for Sharon-celebrate her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Thurman and Juanita Wagnon' her husband Lamarr Daugherty, and two grandchildren, Hank and Rochelle Daugherty.
She leaves behind four children, Mystery Lancaster and husband Rick of Alabama, Stokley Daugherty and wife Chassidy of Alabama, Warren Adams and wife Michelle of Enid, OK, and Sharon Daugherty-Judd and husband Troy of Sulphur, OK. There are 20 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, a sister Sheila Kinsey of Mansfield, TX, a brother Marrion Wagnon and wife Debbie of Odessa, TX.
