Sharon Marie Holt-Singleton

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sharon Marie Holt-Singleton, a cherished member of the Chesterfield Township community, who passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Harper Hospital in Detroit, just shy of her 64th birthday. Born in Hazel Park, MI, on Wednesday, August 30, 1961, Sharon was the beloved daughter of the late Edwin and Lottie Helen (Pozniak) Uleski. Known for her warm smile and kind heart, Sharon spent her life bringing joy to those around her, working diligently as a waitress at Louis Chop House where she was loved and connected with countless individuals and left lasting impressions on all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Phil Singleton, with whom she shared many wonderful years of companionship. Sharon was a devoted mother to her daughter, Shannon Prevost, and son-in-law, David, who cherish the many fond memories they shared. Survived by her former husband Kenneth Holt father of Shannon. Sharon is survived by her siblings Edwina (Jim), Louis, and Larry (Nancy) Uleski, and Candace (Cliff) Johnson. She was a proud and loving aunt to Candace (Steve), Edwin (Amy), Daniel (Candace), Mickey (Mundy), Ryan, Dana, Lauren and Xavier. As a nurturing Godmother, Sharon cherished her role in the life of her dear nephew, Geno Uleski. Her family and friends will remember Sharon's generous spirit and zest for life. She was preceded in death not only by her parents but also by her siblings, Dennis and Jean Uleski and Susan Reeves, and her nephew, Thomas. A celebration of Sharon's life will be planned for a later date, where family and friends will gather to share stories and honor her legacy. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Wasik Funeral Home, located at 35259 23 Mile Rd., New Baltimore, MI. Those who knew and loved Sharon are invited to join the family in remembering her remarkable life. Sharon Marie Holt-Singleton will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
