Shelia Kay Walker age 63, passed away surrounded by loved ones after a long courageous battle with cancer.
She loved to spend time with family and friends!
She was born and raised in Montgomery, WV.
She was preceded in death by her late husband, James Voorhies, Jr.; her parents, George and Katherine Sue Walker; two brothers, George Walker, Jr. and Carl Walker; 2 sisters, Julia Tincher and Theresa Walker from Oakill, WV.
She is survived by a sister, Patricia Dawson (Randall); brother, Ronald Walker; her son, James Voorhies III; and daughter, Shelly Denton (Voorhies) 2 granddaughters, Kierstyn Buczinski and Alyssa Pollard as well as many nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of life to follow in Erie, PA and in Cokeoven, WV and dates will be announced at a later date.
