Shelley Marie Solis, age 52, departed this world on August 18, 2025. Born on April 5, 1973, in Dover, Ohio, Shelley brought joy and love to everyone fortunate enough to know her. She thrived as a dedicated auditor for PRGX Global in Grand Rapids.

Beyond her professional achievements, Shelley had a passion for animals and was lovingly known for her two adored cats, Zoey and Luna. She found joy in reading and watching animal shows, sharing her fascination with the beauty of the natural world. Those who knew her often described her as a ray of sunshine, and she was dearly loved by all her friends.

Shelley was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Manghese; and her beloved grandparents, Anthony and Catherine Manghese, and Winnie and Thomas Harrington. Her legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Shelley was a devoted mother to her beloved son, Nelson Solis; beloved daughter to her mother, Thelma (Harrington) Manghese; and a cherished sister to her twin, Charlotte Woods, and her brother, Matthew Manghese. She was a proud aunt to her nieces and nephews, including Anthony (Lizzie), Aleesha (Andre), Katrina, and Thomas. Her family was the light of her life, and she made every moment spent with them an occasion to celebrate.

A celebration of Shelley's life will be announced at a later date.
