Sheri LaValley

Sheri LaValley was born to Eternal Life on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at the age of 60, after a long battle with cancer.
Born in Milwaukee to Ken and Carol Pabst, she attended grade school at Our Lady of Sorrows and Graduated from St. Pius XI High School. She studied for two additional years at Patricia Stevens College. In 1985 she went to work for F.W. Woolworth Central Account Office in Brown Deer which later transitioned to Foot Locker Corp. Sheri worked there 40 years.
Sheri had a long-time partner, Clint Beardsley, and together they shared many adventures from traveling to National Parks to living it up at the Wisconsin State Fair. Clint was with her through the good times and bad and loved her unconditionally. Sheri was also blessed to have a wonderful group of friends; many of whom have said she was a special light and an upbeat positive person in their lives.
Sheri is preceded in death by her loving father Ken Pabst. She was his Sheri Bear, she is survived by her mother Carol Pabst, longtime partner Clint Beardsley, sister Donna (Terry) Elbe, nieces Denise (Taylor) Haupt, Alyssa Elbe (Andy DuFresne), and her great nephew Rylan Haupt. Also survived by other family and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 380 Bluemound Rd. Waukesha, from 12-3PM with a memorial service at 3PM.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
