With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Sherry Jo Tilman, who departed this life on April 26, 2025, at the age of 73.
Born on March 29, 1952, in Charleston, South Carolina, Sherry was known for her kind heart, her deep devotion to family, and her gentle, loving presence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Mildred Tilman.
She is survived by her son, William Lee (Billy) Lawrence, Jr. and his wife Stacy; her grandchildren, Tori, Jake, and Bela; her brother, Bobby (Kim); her sister, Donna (Joe); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins who were blessed by her care and affection.
Sherry's legacy is one of love, faith, and quiet strength. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.
