Shirley Carver Dillon has went home to be with Jesus. She passed away, Tuesday March 11, 2025 in Princeton W.Va Hospital. Shirley was born March 2, 1939 in W.Va to Rathfield and Mae (Nicewander) Carver. She married Jack Dillon in 1958 and he passed way Oct 2009. Shirley loved to garden her flowers and take care of her cats. She loved being outside and enjoying nature and Gods green earth.. Shirley was a devoted Christian and loved Gods word and reading her Bible. She is survived by two sisters, Elah Simpkins of Clinton Ia, Emily Little of Marion Va and a Special Niece Sandy Simpkins Galbraith of Clinton, IA and many other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack, and two brothers, Sam and Sonny Carver. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell WVa is assiting Shirleys family. There will be no services per Shirleys wishes.
