Silvia E Nemaric

Ms. Silvia E. Nemaric, age 84, of Middletown, Delaware, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, July 14, 2025, at Accentcare Hospice Suites in Christiana Care Wilmington, Wilmington, Delaware.
Born in Mexico City, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States in 1967, she was a daughter of Angela Garcia Pozo Manon and Andres Rivera Garcia.
Prior to her retirement, she worked as a secretary in the banking industry.
Silvia enjoyed being a grandmother to the fullest. Attending soccer and lacrosse practices, and always being present in the care of her grandson, was her number one priority. She found great joy in cooking, especially her authentic Mexican dishes, which were beloved by all who had the privilege to taste them. Her kitchen was a place of warmth, tradition, and unforgettable flavors.
In addition to her late parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Ana Maria Rivera Garcia. She is survived by her sister, Maria Teresa Rosado Rivera; her daughters, Helga Nemaric and Albertina Ennet Liceaga Rivera; and her grandson, Juan Andres Cordero-Nemaric.
Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Williams Funeral Home and Burial Services.
Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
