Thomas Combs Obituary

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, a son of Helen Wells and Thomas C. Combs ll, he went to Parkville High School. He formerly lived in Parkville, Maryland; and New Park (York County) Pennsylvania prior to settling in Frankford, Delaware.
Prior to retirement, Thomas was a superintendent with Whiting- Turner Contracting Company. He was also a longtime member of Ironworkers Local 16 of Baltimore, Maryland.
Thomas enjoyed "hot rod" cars and had previously drove them in local races and custom car shows. He enjoyed watching television and movies especially murder mysteries. He was an animal lover of dogs and his feline companion, "Kitty".
In addition to his late parents, he was preceded in death recently, by his son, Burak M. Combs. He survived by his loving wife, Basak Z. Combs, his son, Troy, husband of Becky Combs; his daughter-in-law, Carol Combs; his six grandchildren, Tyler, Emir, Brady, Besim, Deniz, and Charlotte; his brother, Wayne, husband of Bobbi Combs and his sister, Carolyn Fantom.
Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Williams Funeral Home and Burial Services. Services are private
