Mr. David P. Medley

Mr. David P. Medley, age 49, of West Grove, Pennsylvania died unexpectedly in a motor vehicle accident on Thursday, October 2, 2025 in Watauga County, North Carolina.
Born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, a son of Katherine S. Woods and David Medley; he was one of three children. David attended Avon Grove High School before achieving his GED.
David was a jack of all trades. When it came to work, he enjoyed painting, roofing and any other manual labor.
He loved fishing and playing the drums. He enjoyed the atmosphere of "rinky dink" slot machines in gas stations. He enjoyed spending weekends at the drag races with his Dad and boys. He loved playing baseball and was always an avid Phillies fan. David had a huge sense of humor including being a prankster, listening to his Rock and Roll and dancing one legged. He loved bringing a smile to his family and friends.
David is survived by his loving sons, Christopher, Daniel, Blayke and Camren Medley; his parents, Kathy and Dave; his sisters, Nickie, wife of Steve Cole and Michelle, wife of Todd Jorgensen; many nieces and nephews; and his many close friends who will miss his love and friendship.
Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Williams Funeral Home and Burial Services.
Family and friends are invited to visitation on Friday, October, 10th, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church of Avondale, located at 218 Ellicott Road, Avondale, PA 19311, followed by traditional funeral services beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment via procession will follow at Union Hill Cemetery, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Williams Funeral Home and Burial Services.
