Stacey Anne Knapp

Stacey Anne Knapp, 63, of Bradenton, Florida, loving wife of Brad C. Knapp, passed away after an extended illness.

Stacey was born in Mineola, New York on July 25, 1962 to Charles and Stephanie Budris, currently of Nashua, New Hampshire. She is survived by her parents, her husband Brad Knapp, and her son Alexander Siegal, to whom she was a loving and devoted mother. Alex is currently attending Harvard Law School. She is also survived by a brother, Bruce Budris, as well as his wife Virna Chan and their son Vytas, of Chatham, New York, a sister-in-law, Sharon Knapp, of Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, as well as other extended family and many dear friends.

A University of New Hampshire graduate with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Stacey had a real passion for cooking and attended the Culinary Institute of America's boot camps. A true foodie, her food blog Kitchen Serendipity had many followers. It featured her food photography using her talents as a stylist and recipe developer. An accomplished photographer, she owned Stacey Siegal Photography on Longboat Key. Stacey could be a force of nature, focused and determined. She earned her paralegal degree from State College of Florida in 2017.

Stacey's joys were her son, cooking, visiting unique restaurants, football, travel, and celebrating her marriage to Brad, whom she married in 2017 in a planned elopement at the Chanler Hotel in Newport, Rhode Island. She looked forward to our yearly visit on Halloween to celebrate our anniversary on that witching day.

Stacey was a registered organ donor. Her corneas will help one or two people to see. Plans will be announced in the future for a unique "Time Capsule" Celebration of Life. We ask that in lieu of flowers, any donations be made in Stacey's memory to your favorite charity.

Stacey's was a life filled with love and dedication to family and friends. She had a distinctive winning smile which easily won her friends and admirers. She leaves us having given us wonderful memories and changed our lives for the better.

A Visitation will be held Stacey on Friday February 6,2026 from 3PM-6PM at Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Street Chapel, 604 43rd Street West, Bradenton, FL 34209.
