Steven Jay Brewer, age 68, passed away on April 5th, 2025, at the West Palm Beach VAHospice.
Born August 20th, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio to John and Euna Brewer. Steven grew up in Morrow, Ohio with his parents and brother, Storm. In the late 1960's, heand his family moved to Florida. During high school, he was on the wrestling team and worked at Publix. He loved to fly remote controlled airplanes and read. Steve graduated from Atlantic High school in 1974. That same year, he enlisted in the Marine Corps and served 4 years. When he left the Marine Corps in 1978, he had earned the rank of Sergeant. Steven was a jack of all trades and over the years he worked as an electronics technician, HVAC technician, and a manager at a local nursery.
Steve enjoyed his golden years with his wife, Paulette. Paulette and Steve enjoyed living in Loxahatchee and were able to connect with friends, including his Marine Corpsbrothers. He enjoyed spending time with his children, Jason and Heather. Steve was an avid reader and loved science fiction shows/movies as well as car shows.Being a dog lover, he had several over the years including his current dog, Harley. He enjoyed building things and was a hard worker. Quick to lend a hand, he was a goodfriend, father, and husband.
He is preceded in death by his father John Brewer, mother Euna Brewer Stevens, and brother Storm Brewer. Steve will be lovingly remembered by his wife, PauletteBrewer, his son, Jason Brewer, daughter, Heather Gonzalez and his grandchildren, Jacob Ramos and Katelyn Gonzalez.
In In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Big Dog Ranch or Peggy Adams as both these causes were close to his heart.

I'm Steve's cousin. My father was hobert, two of you and 4 of us. Sadly we lost touch many years ago. Knew Steve would turn out to be a good guy. My love for the family. You were lucky to have him in your life.
