Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton and Shirley Hackworth, and brother, Rickey Hackworth.
He is survived by his son, J.T. Hackworth; nephew, Dustin Hackworth; and cousins, Donnie Hackworth, Greg Conard, Johnny and Rhonda Hackworth.
Steven was down to earth father and friend. He loved fishing, working on anything with a motor, watching Westerns, and going to yard sales.
He will be loved and missed by his friends and family.
