Steven Michael Metevia

Steven Michael Metevia of Eagle, MI went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, February 27. 2023 at the age of 50, after an unexpected battle with cancer.
Steve owned his own business as a self-employed, sub-contractor in the carpet installation industry. He loved listening to music, riding motorcycles, four wheeling, taking rides in his side-by-side ATV, going camping, having bon fires and he loved being in the water to canoe, boat, swim, and beach especially at Lake MI.
Most of all Steve loved his wife, spending time with friends and family, and especially being an uncle to his nieces and nephew. Steve was an amazing man, strong, light-hearted and loved by many and will be missed dearly.
Preceding him in death is his grandfather Theodore Reetz, sister in-law, Ruth Power.
Surviving is his wife of 24 years, Carina Metevia; mother, Debra (Butch) Reetz; father, Michael (Trudy) Metevia; mother in-law, Charlene Power; sister, Jennifer (Jay) Fulton; sister in law, Raylene (Brian) Park; nieces, Kacie, Ella "Elle", Cora and nephew Charley; step father in law, Robert (Jacqueline) Burgess; as well as many extended family and friends.
