Susan Lynn Parrish, a beacon of love and selflessness, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2025, in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Born on December 13, 1946, in Valparaiso, Indiana, Susan's life was a testament to her intelligence, loving nature, and dedication to her family and friends.

Susan was the cherished daughter of the late Robert and Phyllis Lowe Mefford of Valparaiso, Indiana. Her journey through life was marked by her academic achievements, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana State University. Her professional career was a reflection of her work ethic and commitment, as she dedicated 25 years to EIS/Fabrico in Kennesaw, Georgia, where she was not only a valued employee but also a mentor to many.

Family was the cornerstone of Susan's world. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Wilder, and son-in-law, Gregg Wilder, of Gainesville, Georgia; her daughter, Lisa Mehal, and son-in-law, Rob Mehal, of Simpsonville, South Carolina; her son, Kevin Warner and Daughter In-Law, Heather Warner, of South Bend, Indiana; and her daughter, Rebecca Richeson, and son-in-law, Brady Richeson, of Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Susan's legacy also lives on through her former spouse, Timothy Warner of Simpsonville, South Carolina, with whom she shared many treasured memories.

Susan's role as "Best G-MA" was one she embraced with every fiber of her being. Her grandchildren, Maddux Mehal, Jake Wilder, Madison Wilder, Mackenzie Wilder, Warner Mehal, Logan Warner, Gymmer Richeson, Paige Warner, Fynn Richeson, Hyll Richeson, and Gray Richeson, were the light of her life. She was also a new great-grandmother to Layla Wilder and not to forget an amazing fur baby grandma to all of our beloved pets.

An avid fan of college and professional sports, Susan's enthusiasm for the Georgia Bulldogs (Go Dawgs!) and the Atlanta Braves was infectious. Her interests extended to the art of sewing, a skill she mastered and shared with her loved ones.

Her intelligence shone through in every aspect of her life, from her strategic thinking in the workplace to her insightful conversations with friends and family.

As we mourn the loss of Susan Lynn Parrish, we also celebrate the remarkable life she led and the countless lives she touched. Her spirit, characterized by love and generosity, will continue to inspire those who knew her. Susan's memory will be cherished and kept alive in the stories shared by her family and the many people who had the privilege of knowing her.
