Theodore J. Richardson

Theodore J. Richardson, age 69, of Corning, New York, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 16, 2025.
Born on April 9, 1956, in Corning, he was the son of the late Timothy and Sally (Hillman) Richardson. Theodore was a proud graduate of Corning East High School, Class of 1974. He went on to attend Corning Community College, where he was part of the team that built the colleges nature trail. He later earned a Masters degree in Environmental Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Theodore will be remembered for his quiet passion for the outdoors, especially his love of fishinga pastime he cherished and learned from his father. He also dedicated many years to mentoring young people as a Boy Scout counselor at Camp Seneca, where he made a lasting impact.
He is survived by his brothers, Stephen (Elizabeth) Richardson and Dennis (Joyce) Richardson; and by his beloved nieces and nephews: Richard, Jennifer, Erin, and Matthew.
