Theresa Lynn McLaughlin

Theresa Lynn McLaughlin, age 68, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was born on March 31, 1957 in Warren, the daughter of Donald and Dorothy (Cardinale) Krassa. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1975. After high school she worked at Nissan Motors in the office. She married her husband Edward McLaughlin August 23, 1985.
Theresa enjoyed spending her free time working on jigsaw puzzles and was an avid motorcycle rider who cherished the freedom of the open road. She had a lifelong love of animals whether caring for her own pets or watching wildlife and was always willing to take in the stray cats from her neighborhood. Above all, Theresa treasured the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Theresa leaves her daughter Kelly (Charles) Schodowski of North Branch, and her step-son Michael (Stacey) Ford of Taylor, and by her boyfriend Tom Miller of Imlay City, grandchildren: John Cobern of Warren Ashley Cobern of North Branch, Savannah Schodowski of Clinton, Anthony Schodowski of Fostoria, Cassidy Ford of Taylor, Jacob Ford of Taylor, and Holly Ford of Taylor. She is also survived by her siblings: Donna Nielsen of Clinton Twp., and Donald (Barb) Krassa of Warren and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Edward McLaughlin brother Michael Krassa and by her parents.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 from 4:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral home.
