Thomas Michael Crisler

Thomas Michael Crisler, 56, of Selma, passed away on May 8, 2025, after an extended illness at the Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.

He was born on July 29, 1968, at Community Hospital in Anderson, Indiana, the son of Caralee Campbell Crisler (now McKay) and Thomas C. Crisler.
Tom is survived by his loving mother, Caralee McKay; step-father, Charles McKay; son, Matthew Crisler; siblings, Pamela Sands and Robert Crisler; brother-in-law, Bobby Sands; step-sisters, Rita Miller and Joy Addington; nephews, Cody S. Tucker, Toby R. Tucker, and Clayton M. Crisler; step-nephew, Matt Miller and family; great-niece, Oakley Rae Tucker; aunts, Suzanne Wyper, Melissa Gist Champion, Mary Louderback, and Susan Crisler and family; uncles, Gary Louderback, Dan Anglim Sr, and Dr. John Crisler; cousins, Robert Wyper and family, Piper Jean Baxter and family, Emma Kate Carr and family; Ian Champion, Chloe Champion and family, Scott Louderback and family, Laura Walls and family, Dan Anglim and family, and Joe Anglim and family; step-mother, Sarah Comer Crisler; step-sister Rebecca Bishop Davis and family; and step-brother, Paul Comer and family.
Tom also is survived by his sweet pitbull, Ella; many special friends, Kelly Harless, Amanda Schultz, Melissa Hart, Van Newsom, Keith Smith, David Farmen, Matt Benzenbower, Brian Shyrock, and David Fuller, and our dear family friends, Florence Heater and Bill and Sandy Layton and family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas C. Crisler; grandparents, John and Antoinette Crisler, Robert F. and Kate W. Campbell, and Michael Edward Campbell Champion; aunt, Jane Anglim; great-aunt, Peggy Heineman; brother-in-law, Marvin P. Tucker, and step-brother-in-law, Lee Miller.
Thomas graduated from Anderson High School in 1986. He was formerly employed at Moss Glass and Delaware Glass. His favorite hobby and past-time was fishing and was always ready to go. He really loved spending time at Lake Webster.
