Thomas Gerald Hall

Thomas Gerald Hall, 90, of Amarillo, TX died Monday, June 5, 2023.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Vega, TX. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Gerald was born December 6, 1932, in Rocky, OK to Rayburn and Agnes Hall. He graduated from Allison High School in Allison, TX. He began farming in Wheeler and Hemphill counties in 1951. He moved to Amarillo and became a builder and built several homes. He built and operated a Best Western in Vega, TX. Gerald was a member of the Kiwanis Club, an avid golfer, and had his pilot's license. He also was a lifetime member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jodie Hall; and granddaughter, Caitlin Hall.
Survivors include his wife Sue Hall, of Amarillo, TX; sons, Michael Hall of Howardwick, TX, and Stephen Hall, of Clarendon, TX; a daughter, Kim Cook and husband Scotty of Coppell, TX; a sister, Myrtis Jones, of Pampa, TX; and seven grandchildren, Garrett Hall, Elliot Hall, Bailey Hall, Trevor Cook, Dawson Cook, Molly Parish, Caroline Rogers, and David Boyd; and twelve great-grandchildren.
