LAMEIER, Thomas “Tom”, passed away on October 15, 2025. He was born in Cincinnati, OH, the son of the late Harry and Dorthy (nee Lang) Lameier.
Tom is survived by his devoted wife of 71 years, Audrey (nee Storey) Lameier. Loving father of Melissa (Jack) Nicholson, Mark (Marc Ambrosisus) Lameier, Susan (Jim) Smith, and Julie (Mark) Mazza. Cherished grandfather of Matthew (Taylor Collins) Ginn, Jonathan (Rachel) Nicholson, Stephanie Nicholson, Laura (Matt) Franz, Bobby (Kristie) Hater, David Hater, Adam Smith, Chloe (Michael) Jackson, Lauren (Kevin) Dusold, Andrew (Brooke Galvin) Mazza, Anna (Lee) Kimbrell, Thomas (Jenna Priestman) Mazza, and Mark Mazza Jr. Treasured great grandfather of Grey, Theo, Evelyn, Jackson, Benjamin, Lyla, Luke, Genesis, Malachi, Caleb, Rylynn, GG, and Connor. Brother-in-law of Esmeralda Lameier and Connie Lameier. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
Tom is preceded in death by his dear brothers Jim, Jack and Jerry (Joyce) Lameier and his great granddaughter Calvary.
As a graduate of Taylor High School and Miami University, Tom had a successful career at Merrill Lynch, where he held a position as Vice President. Tom also served in the United States Army from 1954-1956. In 1954, he met the love of his life, Audrey Storey. Together, they nurtured four wonderful children in Western Hills. He was a doting PaPa to his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Tom was an ardent golfer and a devoted member of Western Hills Country Club for 56 years. He also enjoyed playing gin and poker. One of his most remarkable achievements was founding The North Bend Yacht Club, where he served as Commodore. Tom had a gift for turning strangers into friends, and he touched many lives with his kindness. He fought the good fight! He leaves an unfillable void in all of our lives.
Visitation at St. Joseph North Bend Church, 25 E Harrison Ave, on FRIDAY, October 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM.
