Tim and Susan Ferguson

Timothy V. Ferguson was born May 8, 1944 in Spokane, Washington to Troy and Ruth Ferguson. He passed away at his home on March 4, 2023. Tim graduated from Shadle Park High School, then joined the Marine Corp. He served 4 years in the marine corp., including time in Vietnam. He then earned his Bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University and worked for the City of Spokane for 25 years as a traffic engineer. Upon retirement his creativity really showed. He was an avid painter and often took his motor home to the Oregon coast to paint seascapes. He liked to tinker with his MG's. He also loved building things. Like radio controlled airplanes growing up. A hang glider, a catamaran, and a geodesic dome that he and Susan lived in. Susan came into his life after she moved here from California where she was born May 8, 1948 to Ray and Laura Davis. They were married for over 40 years. Susan was in the banking industry for more than 30 years. After Tim and Susie retired they bought a condo in Palm Springs, California so they could winter where it was warm and spend time with Susie's family. And Susie's had a chance to catch up on LOTS of shopping. Susan passed away December 12, 2021. Tim is survived by his sister Arlyne Nadvornick and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Susan leaves behind one sister and 3 brothers out of a family with 12 children. A private service will be held May 19, at 2:30 pm, at The Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, Washington.
