TIM CUPPLES
Henderson, TN: Clifford Timothy "Tim" Cupples, age 69 passed away May 8, 2025, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was born May 28, 1955, in Peoria, IL the son of Reba Jean Rowland Cupples and the late Clifford W. Cupples. He graduated from Chester County High School in 1973. He married Regina Terry in 1975. They made their home south of Henderson.
He worked in home construction and in 1983 he started Tim Cupples Heating & Cooling, doing HVAC installation and repair, several young men mentored under Tim as they learned HVAC work. He was very dedicated working long hours taking care of his customers in the community.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and motorcycles when time permitted.
He was a member of the Old Friendship Baptist Church.
Mr. Cupples is survived by his wife, Regina Terry Cupples of Henderson; his mother, Reba Jean Rowland Cupples of Henderson; two sons, Larry Hall (Christy) of Lexington, and Scott Hall (Phyllis) of Henderson; five grandchildren, Amanda King (Matt), Tyler Hall, Bailey Hall (Jack), Brock Hall and Lauren Hall; two great grandchildren, Grayson King and Gavin King; a brother, Mark Cupples (Patty) of Henderson, a sister, Debbie Cupples of Henderson and William Cook (Jennifer) of Henderson, who was like a son.
He was preceded in death by his father and a daughter, Brandy Renee Cupples in 2006.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Bro. Ronnie Geary officiating. Burial will follow at Chester County Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday.
