Funeral Services for Mr. Timothy Michael Allen will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory in Ball, Louisiana.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM at Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball, Louisiana.
Mr. Timothy Michael Allen, age 80 of Pineville, Louisiana, was born on July 22,1942 in St. Joseph, Missouiri. He passed away on August 23, 2022 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, Louisiana with his wife at his side.
Tim was preceded in death by his father, Albert James Allen; his mother, Pauline Burton Allen; and his sister, Sherry Lea Allen LaPrarie.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Francis Milliner Allen; his loving children, Felicia Thompson Powers, Tiffany Allen Buchan (Robert), Christy Allen (David), Mandi Allen Labaron (Frank), Elise Allen Williams (Ben), and Cali Allen Rhein (Kirk); 16 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren with one on the way; his brother, Richard Allen; his devoted dog, Trump; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Tim was a 1960 graduate of Pineville High School. A US Veteran, he served his country proudly in the US Air Force seeing action during the Vietnam War in 1967- 1968. Afterwards, he made a career as a Pit Boss with Bennigan s Horseshoe Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. An avid bowler and golfer, he was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend; and He will deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Wounded Warrior Project.
