Timothy D. Toombs, age 70, of Poplar Bluff, MO, died Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mr. Toombs was born May 17, 1955 in Poplar Bluff, MO, son of the late Olan and Mary Toombs (Alexander). He was a past member of the Poplar Bluff Masonic Lodge 209. He loved being outdoors, fishing, hunting, and camping. He also enjoyed photography.

On October 19, 1991 he married Kim Toombs (Wangler). She survives. Also surviving are three children: Stephanie (David) Oliver, Travis (Amanda) Toombs, and Dolan Toombs; grandson: Mason Toombs and seven other grandchildren; and six siblings: Carla (Earve) Aldridge, Barbara Davis, Norma Easter, Rosemary (Kevin) Wallace, George Toombs, Teresa Toombs.

In addition to his parents, Timothy was also preceded in death by two siblings: Wayne Toombs and Sally Owens.

A Masonic service will begin at 12:30 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk, MO with visitation to follow until 2:00 PM. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Terry Yarbrough officiating. Burial will be at Black Creek Cemetery in Poplar Bluff, MO.
