Todd was born in Fond du Lac on April 21, 1962, son of Ronald and Sue (Moss) Strehlow. He was a graduate of Laconia High School, class of 1980. Todd was united in marriage to Mae Deaver on December 30, 1983, at Woodhull St John’s Church. He dedicated over 30 years of his life at Metalcraft of Mayville.
Todd was a family man at heart. He cherished the time spent with his family and grandchildren, always eager to create lasting memories. Cooking for his loved ones brought him joy, and he loved exploring new recipes. Outside of his family life, Todd had a number of interests that brought him happiness. He was an avid sports fan, proudly supporting the Packers and Brewers. He also enjoyed the great outdoors, spending time hunting, and had a deep appreciation for 80’s Rock music, which often filled his home. Those who remember Todd are likely to think of him enjoying a can of Sun Drop. He was a quiet man, often remembered for his calm demeanor, gentle spirit and love for family. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew him.
Todd is survived by his loving wife Mae Strehlow; two children, Brittany (Kyle Hoekstra) Strehlow and Ben Strehlow; two grandchildren, Ames and Elsie Hoekstra; sister, Lynn Oosterhouse; in-laws, Ken (Billie) Deaver, Brenda Kibbel, Michael Deaver, Jake (Katie) Deaver, Carla (Earl) Norenberg and David (Deb) Deaver; further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; parents-in-law, Ames (Veronica) Deaver; brothers-in-law, Joe Shafer, Ron Deaver and Norman Kibbel.
A celebration of Todd’s life will be held from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Ben Strehlow's home at N4590 Towne Road Waupun, WI 53963.
