In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by: his brother, Jerry Wayne Weathers.
He received Christ in his life at an early age. His home church was Cedar Grove A.M.E. Zion Church.
Tommie graduated from Central Cabarrus High School. He worked at Builders First Source for twenty-five years until his illness.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories: two sons: Tommie Weathers III (LaParis), Antonio Weathers; daughter, Raven Weathers; sisters: Debra Carr (Robert), Rita Sims (Vincent); grandchildren: Tommie Weathers IV, Tamiya Weathers, Trinity Weathers, Jazzlyn Ramos; special friend, Doran McClure; aunts: Sadie Johnson, Alberta Talbert; uncle, Willie Love and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral arrangements are scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Cedar Grove A.M.E. Zion Church located at 8193 Flowes Store Rd. in Concord. The visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. followed by the funeral service at 2:00 P.M. Lamb Funeral Home will be serving the family.
