Tommy Deems Obituary
Mr. Tommy Lee Deems, age 80 years old, of Kirkland, Ga. passed away Tuesday, September 03, 2024, at his home in Kirkland, Ga. following an extended illness.
Survivors include:
Wife: Lilla Deems of Kirkland, Ga.
3 Sons: Ricky Deems and wife Penny of Millwood, Ga.
Mitchell Deems and wife Amanda of Kirkland, Ga.
Michael Swails and Wife Christy of Kirkland, Ga.
Daughter: Renee Ogden and husband Chris of Sandersville, Ga.
Grandchildren: Jarrett Deems, Jada Deems, Henry Deems and wife Kalynn, William Deems, Casey Ogden, Ansley Ogden, Stetson Swails, and Mic Swails.
Special Nephews: Mike Deems and wife Caryl of Byron, Ga.
Oliver (Dinky) Deems and wife Sue of Nicholls, Ga.
Funeral services for Mr. Deems will be held on Thursday, September 05, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Ozias Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Lawson and Rev. Mitchell Deems officiating. The interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.
Visitation for Mr. Deems will be held on Wednesday, September 04, 2024 at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association (P.O. Box 14 Tifton, Ga. 31794), the American Parkinson Disease Association (P.O. Box 35 Roswell, Ga. 30077) or a church of your choice.
Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
