It is with heavy hearts but warm memories that we announce the passing of Vicki Lynn (Neal) Menke, who departed this world on February 20, 2025, at the age of 73. Born on June 1, 1951 in Cincinnati to Harry and Nellwood (Mullins) Neal. Vicki spread joy wherever she went making every moment count with her infectious spirit and love for her family.
A proud graduate of Colerain High School, Vicki's journey was brightened the day she met her husband, Tommy A. Menke. They embraced life together, tying the knot in 1972 and welcoming two wonderful daughters, Christina and Kimberly into their lives. Vicki loved her career at General Electric where she retired as an Asset Manager. Vicki's greatest joy came from her family. Not only was she a devoted wife and mother, but she also relished her role as "Grammy" cheering on Taylor (Miles), Tatum, Olivia, Will, Hunter and Hudson at every musical, show choir and sporting event. Vicki welcomed her first great grandchild Dax in July 2024. Her support knew no bounds, and her famous chocolate chip cookies and strawberry cake became family favorites that will be missed by all.
Vicki cherished family game nights, a tradition she established to ensure everyone gathered together, sharing laughter and making priceless memories. Vicki's memory will shine brightly through her husband, Tom; daughters Christina (Tom) Jackson and Kimberly (Andy) Heyob; cherished grandchildren, her brother David, her niece Chevonne and her nephew Ryan (Stephanie).
Vicki's loved ones will gather privately to celebrate her life, cherishing the memories of their beloved Grammy, devoted Mom, and above all their best friend. In lieu of flowers and in honor of Vicki's loving spirit and passion for family game night, the family encourages everyone to schedule a family game night to create their own special moments together. May she rest in peace.
