Vicki Lynn Robinson

Vicki Lynn Robinson, known for her loving nature, creative spirit, and unwavering kindness, was called to her heavenly home on August 9, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on September 11, 1946, in Lansing, MI, Vicki spent her final years with her family in Richmond, VA.

Vicki's journey began as a bright light in Lansing, where she attended Lansing Eastern High School. Her diligent work ethic and compassionate heart led her to a fulfilling career with the State of Michigan, where she served as a dedicated Facilities Manager for 30 years. Vicki's commitment to her work was evident in the meticulous care she took in every task and the deep bonds she formed with her colleagues.

Her life was a testament to the virtues she held dear, and she was a beacon of love and generosity to all who knew her. Vicki's passion for reading and writing nurtured her soul and allowed her to share her wisdom with others. Her hands, always eager to create beauty in the world, found joy in gardening and the intricate art of collecting precious memorabilia.

Vicki was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roger Robinson, and her brothers, Robert, Roger, and Ron LaFraugh. Her legacy of love continues through her devoted son, Troy (Brooke) Robinson; stepchildren, Laurie Long and Mark (Jeanette) Robinson; her adored grandchildren, Matthew (Kallie), Jacob (Ceara), Landrie, Larin, Nadine, and Aidan; and great grandchildren, Oliver and Nolan who will forever cherish the memories of their grandmother's boundless love and the stories she shared.

Vicki Lynn Robinson's journey on earth was marked by the love she gave and the lives she touched. As we bid farewell to this remarkable woman, we hold onto the assurance that her spirit will continue to guide and inspire us from above. We rejoice in the knowledge that Vicki's story does not end with her passing, for her virtues and the memories she created will resonate for generations to come.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 12:00PM at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Steve Ezop officiating. Arrangements by Palmer Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Homes, Lansing Chapel.
