VICKIE LYNN WAGGLE, 71, of Weirton, WV, passed peacefully Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Valley Hospice, Steubenville, OH. She was born December 18, 1953 in Weirton, daughter of the late William and Norma Parker Williams. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband and soul mate of 39 years, Kenneth O'Neal Waggle (March 2015); sister, Charlotte Anderson; and nephew, Roger Anderson, Jr.
Vickie was a Weir High School graduate. She was Catholic by faith. Vickie worked for 19 years as a server at Eat N Park. She enjoyed playing bingo and other card games. You could often find her sitting on her porch, enjoying the summer breeze, or watching Golden Girls. Above all else, she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Although she will be missed, she is reunited with her true love again in heaven.
Vickie is survived by her loving family, including her daughter, Amanda Taylor (Isaac), grandchildren, Chloe and LaDaniel of Weirton; son, Brian Waggle (Mimi), grandchild, Brooklyn of Medina, OH; stepdaughter, Penny Wagoner (Jason), grandchildren, Cody and Justin of Follansbee, WV; stepson, Kenneth Waggle (Doreen), grandchild, Kole of East Springfield, OH; brother, Bill Williams (Pat) of Philippi, WV; sister, Lucy Knobbe (John Reitter) of Weirton; and niece, Katina Crisci (Monte), great-nephew, Matthew of Follansbee, WV.
Visitation will take place Tuesday, February 18, from 4:00pm until time of memorial service at 6:00pm, at Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home, 3721 Main Street, Weirton, with Chaplain George Romage of Valley Hospice presiding.
