He was a native and lifelong resident of Waycross. Victor was formerly employed by Walmart, Lowe's and ERC in Waycross. He was also a member of the Waycross Gaming Community.
Survivors include his wife, Samantha Williams Capshaw; god-children, Nate Dameron, McKenzie and Christopher Legget, Harley Wilson, Riley Bennett, and Alaura Whittington; his parents, Victor Anderson "Andy" Capshaw, Sr. and Sue Aldridge Capshaw; two brothers, Lynn Rowland and Robbie Capshaw; and two nieces, Sarah and Natalie.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Campground United Methodist Church in Nicholls, Georgia. Memorialization is by cremation.
Sympathy may be expressed by posting to his tribute wall at www.musicfuneralhome.com.
